OddJoy Gifts ships from Australia to customers within Australia and to selected international destinations enabled at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Australia:
• Standard shipping: AUD 11
• Express shipping: AUD 15
• Free Standard shipping on orders of AUD 100 or more

International:
• Standard international shipping: AUD 20 to selected destinations enabled at checkout

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations enabled in our Shopify checkout, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected destinations across Europe and Asia.

If a shipping option is not displayed for your address at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times can vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any delivery estimate shown by the carrier or at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

TRACKING

Where tracking is provided for your shipment, tracking information will be sent using the contact details supplied with your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or similar fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing can cause delivery delays outside OddJoy’s control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact oddjoygift@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem.

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to returns and refunds. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
